Main features of roll forming line for Roofing, Decking and Wall applications- Solid shafts, with H-beams as base, make the machine work stably without deformation after long-term production.
- Rollers are precisely fabricated by CNC machine tool, and then chrome plated for longevity to ensure the final products’ accuracy that the deviation in profile height limited to 1mm, effective width (coverage) to 5mm.
- Cutting tools are quenched to relieve stress so that their shapes can be maintained after long-term production process, which is essential for the smooth surfaces of the produced corrugated panels.
- Reliable control panel with Mitsubishi or Siemens operating system features simple operation and high accuracy. Once needed length and quantity are input, auto production is started while the error in cutting length is controlled within ±2mm.
